Doug joined RS Group in early 2022 as the group’s first Chief Services Officer and was appointed Interim President of the Americas in late 2022. He then transitioned to President of the Americas in April 2023. Prior to joining RS, Doug held senior leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Controls’ Asia Pacific Region and President of Tyco’s Asia Pacific region, where he led an enterprise transformation as the two companies merged. Prior to these roles, Doug led several global and regional businesses for FMC Technologies (now TechnipFMC), including the Asia Pacific & Middle East region for Subsea Systems and Surface Wellhead, the Americas for Surface Wellhead, and the global Citrus Systems business. Earlier in his career he held leadership positions in Applied Materials and the U.S. Army. He received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and his Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, at the United States Military Academy at West Point and is a registered professional engineer.

Mike joined the Executive Leadership Team in 2019 after 18 years with Lennox International in marketing, sales, and product management roles. After serving as Vice President of Sales for nearly four years at RS, Mike was appointed Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for accelerating the pace of business by bringing together functions across the organization to drive growth.

Frank joined the Product Management Team in 2000 and has held multiple positions in product and supplier management with increasing responsibility. Today, Frank leads the Product Management and Supply Chain groups that manage our supplier relationships and create a robust product portfolio for our customers.

Katie came to us from RS Components in the U.K. where she served three years as its Vice President of People, Corporate Functions & Strategic Projects. Now in the Americas, Katie leads the People function and is instrumental in staff learning and development, engagement, and satisfaction.

Jessie joined us in 2020 from QuanticMind Digital and iProspect, where she held Head and Vice President positions in digital marketing. Jessie has delivered innovative and strategic marketing solutions to customers in a variety of industries. She is responsible for maximizing value with our customers through delivery of brand & performance marketing, digital experience, and digital content.

Jason joined the team in 2022 as Chief Information Officer. He has responsibility for the development and execution of strategies, plans, and support of the Technology function, including business intelligence & process automation, business applications, web development and technology operations. Jason brings a blend of technology and system implementation experience, along with relationship and stakeholder management. His most recent role was Vice President of Global Digital and Innovation at Gates Corporation.

Scott joined the Americas team in 2018 after 21 years with Electrocomponents (now RS Group), where he held senior leadership roles across supply chain logistics, sales, customer service, and strategy. He was the executive sponsor of our state-of-the-art warehouse expansion in 2020 and led Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance Operations, as well as Process Improvement and Quality and Compliance. Scott now leads our Value-Added Solutions team in the Americas market focused on the development of our services and solutions capabilities that stretch beyond the products we sell to those that make our customer relationships stronger.

Manisha joined in 2020 from Electrocomponents (now RS Group), where she had been in finance since 2013. In addition, Manisha has more than 15 years in corporate finance at MasterCard, Ernst & Young, and Travelex. She is responsible for driving performance while supporting the development of the long-term profitable growth strategy in the Americas.

David joined our Executive Leadership Team in 2022 to identify strategic merger and acquisition targets and external investment opportunities that accelerate our growth and drive innovation in how we meet our customers’ and suppliers’ needs. Prior to joining RS Group, David held senior roles at EQT Corporation and Halliburton in the areas of Corporate Development, Innovation, and Corporate Venture Capital. In his last role as CFO at CleanDesign Power Systems Inc., he worked on a structured financing strategy to raise external capital pivotal to the company’s revenue growth.

Amit joined our Executive Leadership Team in mid-2022 as Vice President of Global Shared Business Services for the Americas. He is focused on accelerating our shared services roadmap across the Americas geography as we continue to scale and grow. Amit began his career as a Chartered Accountant and earned an MBA in Strategic Marketing. He brings extensive experience in the shared services space having led strategic change as a both as a consultant and in-house at organizations including Kimberly Clark, Proctor & Gamble, Dr Pepper, Cadbury’s and, most recently, PepsiCo.

Jody joined the organization in 2002 and has held roles in product management, sales and operational effectiveness. In her most recent role as Director of Inside Sales, she helped build an inside sales and business development organization focused on acquiring and nurturing our customer base. Now, as Vice President of Supplier Sales Engagement, Jody is leading supplier sales engagement efforts for the U.S. and Canada.

Gerardo came to us with 19 years of experience at one of the largest industrial distributors in Mexico, where he held the CEO position for the last seven years. He graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey University as a mechanical & administrative engineer and brings to RS valuable knowledge of industrial consulting, manufacturing, and Six Sigma. His goal as VP of Latin America is to expand our presence in the region and continue our journey to become a global, added-value, high-technology distributor.
